How we helped Quantumn Building services go from over documented pain, to streamlined digital system.
Our Goal for Quantumn Building Services was to get them out of the mess they accidentally put themselves in. They purchased a templated ISO management system and ended up with 150 documents, and forms to maintain.
We stripped it all and started from the ground up. We outlined their core process, and mapped the system around that. We introduced a digital system built on monday.com to help them automate and stremline their busienss processes.
